What kind of stars?

I am a lvl 28dexless NW, I have 16 tobi's , 12att WG, and 99m. I'm going to use a pink tube till i can use my skanda (46att, hopefully hammer will allow me to make it s 50) and every other equip i have for my sin is stock from lith harbor. I already have a Zhelm on my other characer. What equips should i get and what stars should i be throwing with my budget? Thanks

first poster might be right, you have a 12 atk wg and have a pretty good skanda, but you use tobis x_x, at least get some steeliez

I've always tried to make sins work for me, but I usually get side tracked around lvl 50. Finially I created a Sniper and I love it, but lately I still want to give sins another shot cause when i do play them I realyl do find them fun. Plus NW gets some skills earlier in their leveling so I think that will allow me to stay entertained and actually throughly train this character. I'm only dexless now because its the cheapest way to go, and with the best dmg outcome. I will most likey eventually transfer to low dex. -So how many sets of ilbi should i get? and then best earrings/sauna? what about a top/bottom combo? I ask stars because i want the best stars possible with still a good budget for equips

Personally, I think you should take advantage of the current Agent event and get a titanium receiver, and hope for the best with your agent chaosing. This will save you a lot of money buying luk earrings. You can do this with an overall too, but I don't particularly reccomend it. As far as stars go, I'd reccommend getting a steady supply of steelies/illbis (Roughly 4 of whichever you choose) and this will last you clear to level 70 or so as you don't really need a lot of sets until SP/Windraiders. Hope I helped.

well the thing about steelies and ilbis is of course the amount of stars per set. for your lvl i'd say steelies and if you want later you can upgrade to ilbis. if i were you i'd get than 4 sets though. since you have the money i'd sell the tobis and get at least 10 steelies.

Don't listen to any of these people, so far you're doing things right way, unlike the OMG ILL BLOW ALL MY MONEYS ON ILBIS BECAUSE THEY'RE PRO dexless noob way. Soon enough you're going to need 20-30 sets of stars which will put you right back at tobis, except star prices will be deflating when the holidays end so if you upgrade now you'll lose money. Stick with tobis, get a 2 attack PAC. Maybe even a 3, don't focus so much on spending money on LUK, so a 3 attack 3 LUK is preferable to a 2/10 or something like that.A LUK sauna is way to expensive for you at the moment, consider spending some money on scissors to get yourself a z-helm. Try to get yourself an agent earring and choas it.

yea that sounds about right. i already have a 8dex 3att pac on my sniper. but i think i might jsut buy another seperate badly scolled luk 3att perhaps. and yea soccors are dirt cheap so i can trade aroudn my zzhelm from sniper to NW. and then if i get bored of it or max lvl 120, i can switch back the the helm
