Ok, so this is my problem, i'm trying to buy this scroll from Tulcus in The Swamp Of Despair 2, When i try to buy it says "You Don't have enough in stock", and i really need that scroll, if som1 knows how to buy 1 please tell me...

There are other scroll npcs that sell them too. Tulcas is just usually the closest and easiest to access for people who want to sell them in fm so sometimes it gets sold out, not sure in every channel but I guess that's possible.

Make sure you have enough room in your inventory; otherwise, changing the channel is pretty much the only advice we can give. o_o
