How do you get to Ellin Forest PQ ?

Pardon mz spelling, mz kezboard is screwed up. Well first off, Ellin Forest PQ is in.. Ellin Forest. Ellin Forest itself is located at the top of Helios Tower, the towe to the right of Ludibrium. Once zou�re in Ellin Forest itself, the PQ is in a portal to the right.
