Hey im asking you cause i dont know what should I do. I want make a Sin cause his max level is 200, but NW is very fast leveling and got TT with level 100. And Sins(NLs) need skill books too and they expensive. I got ~100m for stars and Equips. What should i do Sin or NW?

Sin FTW NW, i just personally hate them. Plus their TT max is only 140% Normal Sins are a full 150% Check out their skill Most of them are weaker I've checked And with 100m i'd buy 8 sets of steelies, and a 8att wg? that shud last u to lev 60? Something like that
