Can they give leech at big foot like Night Lords do? And if so, at what levels can they start giving leech there?

um i'd have to say they phail... >.< they can give leech @ HH though, and MP3 (unless mp3 is strong against dark). also can sell wins in cpq =P

I don't know if they can, but your best bet would be to try at level 120
