i currently have.................. 50/6 blue rab 8 atk 4 luk rover 12 luk yac 5 dex 2 slot bss clean zhelm avg top and bottom 2 ilbi 6 steely avg speigalmans btw im low dex (kinda) with 100 base dex and p/c on the yac and im planning to do the quest for a dep star, ill just buy the toe (p/c on toe too) and when can i kill hh?

Low dex is like 35~50...100 is worse than regular dex.

a PAC would be good, other than that...just keep on upgrading claw and get luk top dex pants.

I would upgrade Illbis. Maybe the BSS. And maybe get some scrolls for your top and bottom.
