Global ip block?@#@ WTF?

Hi, i play Gms and recently i am in Europe for a vacation, since right now i'm still being affected by jet lag... i was thinking of playing maplestory, however, it seems like i'm IP blocked and it's telling me to play EMS... I made my accounts about 3 years since today.... that's about 1 year before EMS even existed... it said any accounts made before the IP block can still be in use... appearnly... i'm IP blocked... help me?

I can play GMS on my account fine, played earlier today actually. & I'm from the UK.
