I will give you some options: Typhons, Himes party, Kentaurus, Stormbreakers, Elder Wraits, Birks...

At 93, I bombed himes. Easy 4.5m exp per hour on 1x.

Yup, I was at typhons. Gaining 40-45% an hour in 9x. Not a single meso wasted, plus I earned a profit there too.

yeah, even the most unfunded cb would be getting 35% an hour at typhons, without losing much money.
