nose bleed, is this possible?

well this happened twice to me now, when i think too or have heaps on my mind, my nose bleeds, before it randomly happened outa nowhere while i was thinking and same thing happened just then in the shower. is this possible?

lol usually happens to me when the shower water's too hot ._. .. somehow, haha. But all my Asian relos say it's when the inside of your body overheats. Not sure if it's true though.

I get these bloody noses all the time, but they're just random for me. It might be due to stress though, I get them when I get stressed out. Is this thinking stressing you out?

I got those when I ate meds for insomnia o: are you on some special medication or do you have lots of stress etc? Tiny things can trigger it.

This happens to me once and while, I think Its Due to low iron.

It can just happen randomly, i use to get them almost weekly when i was in elementary school for no reason.
