Skill confusion

Im lvl 120 with 2 SE and 1 hurricane, i probably wont be able to get SE 20 for awhile so after getting SE to 9 should i just get 11 hurricane, work on BE or save points for when i do get SE 20 Thanks in advance

hairako : yes i have looked at that but i was hoping for some feedback from BM's who have went through this. lots of BMs contributed to that guide, last time someone said that about a guide Kevvl actually posted a list of everyone who contributed to the writing of it.

It was a build in SW site I think, like ''optium damage build'' or something. Basically the same, but add 6 Expertize before getting hurricane from 11 to 21.

If ur not gonna use SE 20 then get SE to 16 and use SE 30 if u can and put rest in hurricane and BE
