cuz i was bored, i colored all over a 5 dollar bill and made it look nice. lmfao but im wondering, if people would still accept my dollar!

No it's not. Most bills have writing and stuff on them. It's illegal to rip money though.

Yes, but i went to this bar in Maui and they had the whole room decorated with people's dollar bills that they wrote their name and where they were from on. It was sweet.
