iKokoro : Supposed to prevent the person from -Whispering you -Chatting you -Trading you -Partying you -Inviting you to guild -Iniviting you to family Etc . But apparently not tracking . . . dammit I hate stalkers . it doesn't prevent any of those I got into a little fight with someone and blacklist didn't stop them from whispering me, or inviting me to chat or tracking me

Besides a track list and people who defamed you, the blacklist blocks whispers from said person. <--as i've heard.

It doesn't stop them tracking you, but it does block Guild/Alliance Chat/Buddy Chat/Whisper and practically all forms of contacting the person. Tested it with a friend once and I couldn't contact him in any way in game, so I had to tell him in real life haha.
