If I go over 120 while leeching do I miss out on anything?

Yes. If you hit 121 while still being third job, GMs ban you. No, nothing happens.

Everything happens, but really you lose out on hp/mp increase.

just dont use the skill points btw there is no hp/mp increase 4th job

As someone said above, there's no hp/mp increase @ 4th job, you just get 3 sp and 5 ap. Edit: anyway, just tell your leecher to stop leeching you when you hit lvl 120.
