| In Canada at least, it is illegal for a 32-year-old to have carnal relations with a 12-year-old due to issues involving the child's inability to properly understand the weight of such actions and as such not allowed to give consent. However, it is perfectly fine for said 12-year-old to have giggidy time with another 12-year-old, despite the whole consent issue (which is wholly revamped for particular situations like this). Some light shed on this would be nice. |

(E.G: A 12 year old can not do "it" with a 16 year old, or it'll be counted as stagitory r@pe, thereby breaking the law). (Can I say "r@pe"? Without being banned?) ._. |

Same goes for my grandpa, he was 68 when he got a 18 year old pregnant with my now 13 year old uncle (im 22). But then again it was in dominican republic. |

Same with Katie and Tom Cruize, 15+ years apart. legally, the younger partner can sue the older partner for r@pe if the younger partner is not at least 18 years old, the legal guardian can also press charges despite the fact that they both consented to it so a 17 year old who's 1 day away from being 18 has sex with someone whos 50, the legal guardian can choose to sue the 50 year old |
