So, my parents agreed to get me a PSP + 3/4 games for my birthday. The games I already decided to get are: Patapon, God of War. Now here's why i'm making a thread on basil. I've seen this game called Loco Roco that looks coool. But i can't decide whether it's worth getting both or just getting the second one. What do you think?

Get Psp 1000 or 2000 and custom firmware. Edit: Buy like a 16gb memory stick pro duo for like 60 dollars.

tunkuta : The Final Fantasy Series was never a turn on for me. @ COchaos: I don't live in the states, so they'll be ordering it online it's not your typical FF game. its a fighting game so if you don't like FF you'll like dissidia.

Patapon? Have you played that? o.o I played it on my friends psp and it was just a few mini guys singing patapon patapon boom boom boom and you press keys to the beat and it was really slow

Buy a PSP, but don't buy any games. Mod the PSP, so you can download any games on it insead of wasting countless money on a few games when you can download a bunch for free Just like the DS. And also, buy a pandora battery or make one yourself.

Loco Roco is a great game, thing is you can beat it in under 3 hours. The replay value isn't very great either. I really enjoyed Me and My Katamari, but that's just me. Patapon / Patapon 2 are both great. You should also look up Final Fantasy Crisis Core; great story line, graphics, and gameplay, and Lumines series.
