So the problem is you have high standards and think no one is good enough for you. I think someone like that would have trouble getting married. The problem is not you can't get a date, the problem is you don't want a date.

The problem is not you can't get a date, the problem is you don't want a date. well the kind of people who i really find attractive personality-wise and get along with well are the ones who arent afraid to approach anyone, not just the first time, but all the time. so the guy who approaches me is my guy. but then comes the standard of looks.... i am extremely picky on looks and it's extremely hard to find someone with the looks AND the personality that i want i am seriously counting on college...

Don't worry. You'll find someone. It just may take longer than you'd like. But you'll find someone. And don't lower your standards. You're a girl who knows what she wants. No cut-offs or exceptions. Just find a friend who goes out drinking alot...limit yourself to 4-5 drinks every second weekend or so...you'll gather a solid group of friends in no time.
