So I was watching the Powerpuff Girls this morning

And it was the episode where an "evil" Mime is going around Townsville turning everything black and white somehow, but not really doing any damage other than freezing people in their places. (Apparently, having no color in your city makes you immobile) Anyway, the Mime takes the color away from Blossom and Buttercup, but Bubbles manages to use the power of music to restore color to them somehow. They sing a song, and the color returns to the town, even to the Mime, who becomes a clown. He says thank you for restoring his color and removing his frown. The girls procede to beat him to a bloody pulp for what presumably seems to be just pausing people in their tracks for around 10 minutes. No real crimes committed. Now I feel like rewatching a bunch of old cartoons to see what other messed up messages were being sent to me as a kid.

lol I used to watch Ren & Stimpy when I was growing up... my god, now that I look at it when I'm older, that is one messed up cartoon for kids. =O
