Can I have a link, and is it legal?

I heard that it wasn't legal to give stylish themes for Basilmarket anymore. If this is true, then disregard this thread. If not, then can somebody give me a link to a guide about how to make themes? I want to re-do my Pokemon theme, but have quite forgotten the basics.

Thanks. And that's so wierd- why doesn't he allow the circulation of css sheets? EDIT: Actually, I meant the one that Vusys made, or the person who made all those holiday themes.

That would be inadvisable, Etokapa. I had created several style sheets a while ago, both were removed and Mr. Basil sent me a personal message cautioning me.

I would post up a few of my own and my favorites, but I can't because Mr. Basil forbids it and has deleted many threads relating to the Stylish add-on.
