A social contract is mutually agreed among kids who interact with each other in society. You tell me your problems, I make you feel better, I tell you my problems, you make me feel better. I laugh at your jokes, you laugh at mine. When you meet new people you smile. When you make eye contact with random people you smile. When you're in a public place, you don't scratch your ass, you don't fart. And most importantly, never speak your mind. No matter what, don't tell them their lip gloss looks too glossy, their nails look too dirty, their hair looks too messy, or they sound extremely stupid. For adults, it's always about being polite. When going to a fancy dinner, wear an uncomfortable suit or high heels. Pull out a chair for the lady. Say thank you when you finish ordering. Shake hands before a business meeting. Children watch shows like 90210 (and other shows) and get the idea that sex and drama is a game (or other ideas). Society is telling children and adults how to interact with other people. Sugar coat the truth- or lie about it. Corporations do it too. Toilet paper nowadays is advertised as bathroom tissue. And its never advertised as doing what it actually does. You never see a toilet paper commercial where someone is actually on the toilet. Every add seems to feature people rubbing it on their faces with big fake smiles on their big stupid faces, just basking in its softness. Personally, I use it to wipe my ass. We advertise a product under a name that no one uses to describe said product under the auspices that its primary function is one other than what we all know its true function to be. Its no wonder we cant grasp the intricacies of health care reformall of our brains resources are consumed with the daunting task of keeping us deluded enough to think that tough but fair makes sense and that people use bathroom tissue because they just need something soft to rub on their faces. Oh, and racism doesnt exist anymore. Its just a lie of the liberal media. Of course, most of the people who tell you that there is no such thing as racism are, in factspoiler alertracists themselves. These are all examples of the same behaviorself-deception, hypocrisy, inability to face reality and a stunning talent for reconciling two completely contradictory ideas. When you see someone pick their nose, you find yourself thinking that that is disgusting. Then why is it that when you do it, it doesn't feel disgusting? Society has told you that picking your nose is disgusting- so you don't do it when people are around. We don't want people to see us as our natural selves. We want them to see us as these people that society has told us is correct. Discuss.

My 'guide' on Satanism was a far better demonstrator, I think, but you are correct.

Self-deception, hypocrisy, and inability to face reality are all human flaws that have been somewhat dispersed into modern society. You yourself believe these things to be "bad" because others have told or taught you that these were so.
