Does all the 60% scroll glove for att. got from Subani's legacy quest work? Maybe I'm pretty lucky but I used 3 of these scroll on a wg and 3 worked. Am I VERY lucky or do they have a sucess rate of 100%?

I'd rather him get 1 10% to work then the 8 chaos scrolls followed after + 5 on his w att. If you get that to happen I'll believe you.
