Is it possible to SoK a Genesis Bandana? If so, how much would it be worth?

Genesis Bandana-looks like a maple bandana- is a quest reward from a long time ago. I think 3-4years. It was an anniversary event. no its not possible to karama it. Omelet is wearing it.

Ugh, that really sucks. I guess that Genesis Dana's staying on my hacked F/P for a while longer. However, it's been stated that you can only SoK PQ rewards? So then all agent equips cannot be SoKed? Only discrepancy I see with this is that Z-helms defintely can be SoKed and I'm fairly sure that they aren't part of a PQ. Or does the pre-requisite quests count?
