So I deleted my other character which was a Cygnus, but before I did, I put my NX shop into my CS slot. And when I made my new character, my shop wasn't there! What happened?

Cygnus have their own Cash Shop inventory.

you have to buy seperate nx for cygnus characters... you can't transfer back and fourth through an adventurer and a cygnus. try making another cygnus n see if it's there.
