Shields are more on the expensive side when you're dealing with mage equips. Just as a baseline; in Broa, 9/18 shields are 1.5 bil give or take a couple hundred mil. 200 mil...yeah. It won't be enough to get enough bang for your buck. You'd be better off saving up and buying good earrings/gloves. If you're hellbent on getting a shield, you could find one that's like...5/10 or something. Eh.
