Does item tag change price?

Would item tag make an item's price change less more or stay the same? thanks.

it only makes it less for a GODLY item, because ppl like to claim its self scrolled or w.e and they cant if its tagged with some1 elses name now can they

Same as wut everyone else said, if its scrolled by a famous person, its worth will raise. My friend had a 56 Caster tagged by 'LoOpEdd' and sold it for WAY more than a 56 att goes for ^^
