I'm in a bit of a Meso Situation

So, honestly, I was attracted to MS again by a friend. You're never done for good, I know. I had a level 97 hermit who quit the patch before pirates came out, who is 'reg dex' and honestly could use quite the power up BUT he was my unfunded character. Since then, I have been hacked and my account stripped of all his equipment, mesos, and such. I decided to make a cygnus based off of him just to get a boost and start over with a class that would grow faster than others (relatively) and to try something completely new. So I have a stripped down 97 Hermit with Icys available to him and a 36 atk claw, and some 50 equipment and a Dawn Warrior level 43 LPQing for glasses. It suddenly hit me, with my DW, in order to do decent damage or level up efficiently I HAVE to get some decent equips fast. Obviously, I should get to the money making quests on my DW (when I get my glasses, wanna make sure I can get them) but I need a way to get stuff for my DW to be successful. What would be the best course of action for me? Ps. Should I train my cleric to be perma Maze PQ/do money quests? He is 31 atm I just kinna let him sit over the years.

easy honestly.... there are a few solutions: Finish your LPQ for glasses and do the scroll quests sugested in one of the merchant guide like http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/752546/0//Quests_you_can_do_to_make_money.html# Use your cleric for funding Use your DW and the maker skill to get some decent stuff Fund yourself using MTS + new price increase lol

spend like a or 2 on your DW getting those glasses. get about 2-3 of them and sell them, u'd make a fortune

How much would glasses run without buying the SoK myself? I might consider it, if its' really worth it.

Get those Glasses, Get Scissor and sell them. Then get an ATT WG. Preferably 6~9. If you have 3+ Glasses, get a 10~11att wg. And for you cleric, just do those quest to get scrolls and mpq won't make you a bunch of money. So don't really waste your time on mpq

Get glasses. Sell. Like everyone else said. Just get a cheap 6 atk and hold on to it. Use it in the meantime. Wait for summer to end and wait for prices to drop like bunnies. Then buy a 10-11 atk wg. Keep your 6 atk just in case. Don't forget to quest.
