Their face. Eyebrows, smile, nose, eyes, the usual. Btw, it's not always about the looks. Personality also matters. So for me it's 50% personality and 50% looks.

-Lack of insecurities in body language(tonality of voice, good posture, amazing eye contact) -Healthy looking(good hygeine, at least take care of their bodies, smell, etc) -Fun, dominant, intelligent, witty, has experience, and is challenging -Sense of style(Just gay enough is my rule of thumb)
