Why can't I purchase it?

| I just got 10k Nx so I decided to buy a store from the cash shop but when I look at the BUY button it is grey and when I click it nothing happens. And yes I see that I have Nx at the bottom of my screen. I also tried equipping the shop and clicked on purchase equipped item but, then it said purchase failed -_-. So I just need help on fixing this or what I have to do. Btw is it that I can't purchase this because my account is only about a week old? |
