How to get to Magatia

How do i get there? I've looked at Hidden Street and they don't tell me how to get there, i want to learn the maker skill but i can't get there to learn it, please help

Go to Ariant, keep walking right, enter the 1st portal you see, and take the camel cab. Ta da! You've arrived at Magatia.

You go to Orbis, then talk to the Platform Usher and ask to go to Ariant, take the Genie to Ariant and wait about 5~10minutes, once you're in Ariant, go to the main city which is "The Burning Road" and head all the way to the right of the Ariant, you'll see 2 portals, one on the far right and one on the 2nd right. Take the portal on the 2nd right and you'll see a Camel, that Camel will take you to Magatia.

Take the ship from orbis, or do the quest where you have to kill 10 Dark Axe Stumps given by Manji in Perion, he will sent you there up to 5 times for free. Awh, I got beat.
