It seems to me that the animation is faster... maybe its a cool down sort of thing? I might be wrong.... let's wait for some more answers

Macro: wind walk + storm break = faster Also, Booster does make it faster.

This is Off topic I know, but I dont want to make an entire thread: How does wind walk work? I know it adds damage and it says 103% at lvl 1. So if it adds 103% damage shouldn't I see a big difference in damage? But whenever I use an attack with it (Storm Break), theres seems ot be hardly any difference. So maybe it only adds 3% damage, and then 30% at max level?
