| What is the hype over these things, they totally eff up your item you scroll.. Also what are chances of me finding them from drum bunnies, I wasted like 2 hours and all I found was an average panlid and +17 speed red whip. |

| I found one after 2 hours. They sell for like 90ish million and can make stats that don't have scrolls go up for example, ATK on a PAC. |
