New MS Glitch, Need help

Hey everyone, My friend was trying to install Maplestory on his laptop, and after installing it, his title screen is all messed up. It's filled with black and white blocks, and about 85% of the screen is hard to see/unable to be seen. I would post a link to photobucket with a SS of what it looks like, but unfortunately for some reason i can't post links unless i have +10 feedback. So PM me if you would like to see this. His laptop's specs are: toshiba satellite a13 intel r cpu, 1.6 ghz 2 GB ram Vista Home Basic, 32-bit Once again, PM me for a screenshot of the problem. Maybe someone else can post it for me? Thanks. This is a bizarre, and weird glitch i have yet to ever see, so help would be appreciated.

PM me it and i'll post it if you want otherwise, idk. there's something in the maple folder for monitor issues, i forget what it's called, but that might fix it i can't even get maple to work on a vista as is xD

Nexon folder --> Setup.exe Is your friend :D Try, and if it doesn't help I don't know

First, try restart the laptop. The problem might be client sided. If that fails.. try the above post (Setup.exe) And THEN, if that fails, it could might be your friend's graphics card problem, or your installer is corrupted.
