well to me it seems like tb is on par with bucc during training and pwns them during bossing o.o is that true?

TB's have a much better critical but bucc's have 30 barrage and demo. A TB will obviously train faster then a bucc because they are lower leveled. And for bossing niether have such amazing dpm, but a bucc will get in easier because of time leap, which will make ressurect and smoke bomb's cooldowns reset.

Bossing, early on, yes, Thunder Breakers are better than Buccaneers. Later on Buccaneers get better due to Demolition. In training, I dunno how powerful Sharks is. If Sharks has the same damage formula and Thunder Breaker have the same range formula etc, Sharks is only about a third of how powerful Dragon Strike is, but it's spammable and Sparks may add to it.

Bucc is better since there lv cap is 200 while TB lv cap is 120
