Well ive got these white lumps no bigger than a pimple and some of them itch. Is this normal? Please not stupid answers.

xAzarotHx : It's normal if you shaved or don't have hair there yet. This. And an STD can be transferred via other sources other than Sex, like Crabs. But then again maybe Crabs isn't classified as an STD..
