And you feel really saddened, even traumatized by it, would you take a pill to forget they ever existed so you wouldn't feel sad? The reason im asking because my best friends sister(8th grader) passed away a couple months ago in a car accident. The mother was driving and someone flipped the car over. And the worst part is that it happened on a mothers day

No. I would want to remember the person, regardless of how sad I might be.

Never. My dad committed suicide when I was 7 years old, and I'd never want to forget that he ever existed. No matter how sad it makes me, I'll just have to deal with it because he was the one person in my life that I really loved.

Close family members have passed away. Yet, I didn't feel that sad... Don't know why though.

my grandpa died a week before i turned 13, 2 years ago...But why would i want to forget him and my memories, the worst part was accepting he was gone but I still had my memories and some videos we have which my mom gets mad if we watch so we had to put em away forever

I'd go into a state of deep and intensely dull sadness. I would say nothing, confine myself in my room, and think in utter silence and sadness. But I will not forget, I don't want to forget, I will remember the things that we shared, I'll keep her in my mind to help me in my confidence in life, and continue.
