How CK affect the "parent" character

I heard that there's some bonus point system thing, as in if you're level 120, you get +12 w.attk. Does this w.attk apply to the cygnus character, or to both? And if the cygnus levels up, does the "parent" get a w.attk boost too?

Ex: Your Cygnus is level 20, so your main gets 2 attack, but if your main is lvl 120, your cygnus gets 12 att.

Every 10 levels of the Cygnus, the Parent gets a point in Blessing of the Fairy, which gives 1 W.ATT, 2 M.ATT, 1 Avoid and 1 ACC per level. Every 10 levels of the Parent, the Cygnus gets a point in Blessing of the Fairy, which gives 1 W.ATT, 2 M.ATT, 1 Avoid and 1 ACC per level. The Cygnus can get up to level 20, the Parent can get up to level 12.

Yes, it's a passive skill. Leveling up your CK or Parent char will affect it.
