How many points can you get in Hurricane from Engaws?

If you leveled up, say, 30 Engaws, could each one give +1 point(s) to hurricane, to give you a total of 30 hurricane? (PS I'm not talking about the likelyhood eg 'NUU wud neva happeen' i'm asking if it could happen)

You have to have it on for the 1 point to apply..

Lolz, everyone bags on Kevvl for his Engaw... Btw, is it possible to get +2 for skills? Like if it got +1 for Hurricane at level 3, and then got +1 for Hurricane at level 4?

You only gain a skill point on the last level of the weapon.
