Wow nexon, seriously?

I got a perma ban from mpq for "hacking" almost nine days ago. I logged a ticket and still no answer . Here's what I said: Dear, Nexon Game Master, please read this. I am submitting my appeal to get my Nexon Maplestory account unbanned. I feel that my account was wrongfully banned. I was magatia pqing, and having no interactions with a hacker, yet was banned under the false pretenses that I was using a 3rd party hacking program. If it makes any sort of difference, I have a recently closed ticket reporting the magatia hack. If you demand that I was banned truthfully, I'd still like to ask for a parole, if anything. I believe that if you gave me a chance, I would pull through of proving that I have never, and will never use 3rd party programs or hacking tools. I have spent a good two or more years playing maplestory. I have used a good three-hundred dollars on nexon cash, and would have probably spent more if I had not received a ban. I have never been banned before, have spent much time on maplestory, and would honestly like my account back. I seriously did not use any third party programs, as said before, and if I would like to ask for a investigatiion for my ban. nexon didnt ban you. wizet did. but nexon is incharge of opening your NEXON account for wizet.

Sorry to hear that. But yes sometimes it takes a long time for them to respond. A lot of people are having this problem. They will more than likely look into it and unban you eventually. Good luck though!

If they want all of that credit, I'm giving them all of the complaints too.

I feel that "I would have bought more nx cash" part totally killed your ticket. Despite Nexon wanting money they won't un-ban you under the idea that you'll buy a bit more nx. Rather pointless to add it in, in my opinion.
