"Today's Mission" glitch?

For the quest "Today's Mission, I got 5 watermelons, gave them to agent w, got my tube, etc, but the quest "Today's Mission" isn't completed. Is this a glitch? Cuz I want my chaos scroll

You need to go through the watermelon field and talk to the npc after you get the watermelon. You can't just buy them or use ones you saved up

how do you know you'll get a chaos scroll?

You get 1 from the field. Then talk to the NPC that pops up. Wait a bit and you'll get the box.

you have to actually finish the whole jump quest and hit that gigantic watermelon to finish the quest

Alakrin : But do I still need 5? I don't think you even need 1, you just have to hit the watermelon thing four times, until it drops and then wait like 10 seconds, and the light-bulb will come.
