If you didn't win then I'm assuming God submitted one so divine that it blinded all the judges. They awarded it to him since they could no longer see the other entrants. (It's a compliment. Good job.)

Uhm you should of watermarked it, because now anybody can just copy and paste it, claim it as their own image... and therefor you will be disqualified, as the image will be submitted to Nexon a lot (I haven't heard of this event, so if it's already over then nevermind) Nice image regardless.

Even if the event was still going on, and he didn't watermark it, he still would have been the first person to submit that emblem, thus making it obvious that he was the original maker.
