Training for Dawn Warriors?

Hey guys i was wondering where i should be training?, im a lvl 52 dawn warrior, and ive tried roids, mp3(which i miss at), truckers, fog, and i have no idea which of these is the best. Ive heard roids will last me for a while but im not sure. Help please?

Truckers are better, easier to kill, and just 8 less exp i think

I fount roids to have about the same xp rate as truckers with alot less pot burn.

Go to gryphons the pot use is low and its great exp, they give 220 each and you should be able to 2-3hit them. (Im 2hitting 100% time at lv 54).

I can match that build all the way till the level 64-75 windraiders part. Hate getting there, and can't get any priests or bishops to door me there after school. -_- OT : Truckers would be excellent till around level 55.
