Can't get onto MS o___o

Soo..my laptop was only just reformatted and I got MS back from my sister. Problem is that whenever I click on the MS Icon, I get this error (Too lazy to do a SS) "An internal exception occured (Address:0xc1ed8c) Please, contact support@oreans.com . Thank you!"...and sometimes when I do get onto the start page of maple and press the start button, It says some error has occured and that I should send some Ahn report to HackShield.. ;-; Someone help me please T_T

greenelf : reinstall /thread Idiot. That will fix nothing. It's a problem with your PC/Laptop itself. You should probably reformat again.
