I have literally turned in that Wave Translator 10+ times now, only to keep getting the malfunctioning one. (Barely took 2 times on my outlaw, and once on my I/L). And the Axe quest in KFT took me like 40+ axes to finally complete.

BobRJust bad luck. I had to turn in my Maker Skill level 2 gem FOUR times before Meron would grudgingly accept it. It's just random.
