Nothing changes when being dexless? Add the same skills, just maybe get mastery a bit earlier? buy dex equips? i'm confused to what you're asking?

A DEXless brawler gets enough DEX to wear desired equips and enough accuracy to hit desired training monsters. What need is there for a guide?
