Agent C is the one you get by pq. Go do some Boss pqs. Earn 1000 points and you'll get a permanent one. The Agent C's Titanium receiver you get by collecting the documents.

it was an fml day for me lol. when i was pqing i got enought points to get a permanent one but i kept dropping the disposable ones because they were nothing. but i later found out that you need 4 recievers in your inv to get a permanent one. i ended up doing like 2000 points -_- fml
