Agent Cape NPC

So I finally got all the permanent agent eqs, aside from the cape which I got once, but dropped so I could have more room. So I go back to Agent whatsherface who gives you the cape and whaddya know. She says I can't get the cape again. Although I was almost positive you could drop it and get it again as many times as you want. So now I've got all the agent eqs, but the cape, which prevents me from getting the shoes which are what I really wanted the most. I'm kinda pissed. Does anyone know if the cape was always obtainable only once? Am I an idiot for misreading it, or did Nexon decide to change the NPC so its only obtainable once now?

She does say in the beginning, that you can only obtain it once. That really sucks.

Its always been only attainable once. You must have either read wrong, or it was a typo. I just assumed you could only get it once, which kinda makes sense but I guess it doesn't to others.
