Question about Shadow Web and Shadow Meso

To all the experienced hermits and night lords, i'm wondering is shadow meso and shadow web are completely useless or not. Lemme know what you think, should i put AP in shadow meso/shadow web after i max alchmist and meso up?

shadow meso=Constant damage, not based on your range whatsoever+throwing thousands of your mesos D: Shadow web is meh. at FIRST. You can use it for mapq protecting, yet your 97 so it really depends on your training preferences. I may as well bring notice that im only 87, ive only heard these facts from higher lvl night lords o-o

DS would be more useful, but I have sahdow web on my hermit. I like it, it does have some uses. I know it has saved my life a few times, but if I went back I woulda just got DS >_<

MeSoNoobXD : Neither, Go back and max dark sight. Ive already maxed that in 1st job and just didnt max Nimble body, which didnt effect me at all, other than having to HH at level 85 instead of 82. OT: You shouldn't get shadow meso, or only level 1 just to mess around. Shadow Web is much more useful, like when you have to help a friend get through forgotten path to head to windraiders. xD EDIT: i realized i forgot to say that you need darksight maxed before getting shadow web or shadow meso.

Shadow Web is very useful during Black Crow, you use it to web it the himes.

After maxing your Vital skills, you still have enough points to max out Dark Sight and more. Anyways, like PTL said, Shadow Web is very useful when soloing Black Crow, as you could used it to hold down Himes on the right side of the map. For whatever reason, if you move away quick enough to the left, it will stay web (despite the 8 second hold). You can also used it on Event Monsters, like the New Year's Sack. When max, it does approximately 3.3333% to the monster max HP every few seconds. There's also some personal uses for it too. Like holding down monsters so you can pot, buff, or whatever. Shadow Meso isn't worth it for those who follow the 3 main builds (reg, low, -less). Yes, it deal great damage. 3000-12000 when max. You can deal this with a Garnier and Subi. xD It's main purpose is to kickback a monster, but since Lucky Seven and Triple Throw will get stronger, you will be able to kickback any monster you wish eventually. So mostly, it just a fun skills, that you could just put one point in. Use it on meso beggars or something. xD
