Can i get banded?

Hey Maplers If you are a Legit player but people report (alert GM) for the wrong reason can u get banded. Cause im a Hp Fighter (level 41 11K Hp atm). I was wondering around NLC and found a BF with a attacker, there was about 5 people there, Priest, Buyer, 3 Attacker, So the DK rushed the BF into me i survive and they started to call me HACKER which i thaught was funny but they all started to say REPORT THE HACKER KEEP REPORTING UNTIL HE GETS BANDED im kinda scared right now Is there some stage where if i get reported GM would banded me?
