Scammer at Harps /w Proof!

Beware Scanians for there is a scammer lurking at harps, this scumbag goes by the name of KevinS2Fifi. I was spamming "B> Leech" in the harp channels and he whispered me telling me he sold leech at 7m / hr. and that he found a map at ch 13. I went there and as I got there some kid and his leech were just finishing. So Kevin told me to trade him, and once I paid the hour would begin. So I traded him, and the son of a..... logged out! http://i892.photobucket.com/albums/ac130/korey12/Maple005122.jpg (photobucket) So after that I was enfuriated so I continued to track him and about 10 minutes later he logged back in.... http://i892.photobucket.com/albums/ac130/korey12/Maple0052.jpg (photobucket) Once i found him he was just being a straight up jerk, playing the act stupid game, CLAIMING I only paid him 3.5mil, half of what I owed him which is why he logged out. That makes absolutely no sense, why would I do that just to lose 3.5m? I see no proof really. You could have given him 3.5m for all we know. It's your word against his. That is why you shouldn't leech.

He only has 9 fame at lv 161, I know fame dosen't matter but when buying leech in Leafre most of my friends tell me, buy from people with nx, have a good amount of fame and make sure they aren't in a scammer guild.

your not going to get him banned or anything btw, "don't report users for scamming... some crap like this" lol they might yell at him, but they won't do anything. since they don't even recommend you to leech, its like buying hacks with mesos, you can't be like "oh im going to tell nexon that you won't give me them hacks" its like.... are you stupid? lol
