What do you do before you go to bed. like. before i go to sleep, i sort my pillows out, make sure the windows are open curtins are open, doors licks. fans on. then i lie in bed and i watch tv, usally the news or i read the news on my wii. after that i get all sleep and i sleep. if i didnt watch tv id be awake for hours. so is there anything you do? or do you just jump into bed after getting naked or w.e.

Strech my bed sheets, think if I should set up the alarm and then decide not to, turn off everything electronic besides my cieling fan, go do night bathroom stuff like pee and brush my teeth, take off any extra cloths, turn off the lights and think for 30 minutes in bed until I fall asleep.

Close the blinds in the living room, turn off the computer, put a cover on the birdcage of my pet finches, turn on the AC, close all doors, turn on my TV in my room, set the sleep timer for 4 hours, and watch TV until I fall asleep.
