Bigfoot Leech Scammer?

So I was hs muling for a big foot and near the end around 20% hp a person named "DrunkPunchy" (the server is broa) claimed he hit big foot first. He also said he had a paladin friend. But our Attacker said big foot was full hp in beginning. DrunkPunchy also said he was going to post on basilmarket that we are scammers O.o. I stalled him for as long as I can so they can kill big foot (My party.) So do you think that DrunkPunchy really attacked it first? Or that he was just lieing so he can steal our bigfoot O.o.
